Advertisers affirm that the content provided in their advertisements is accurate, true, and complies with Indian laws. Advertisers stand by their content and indemnify the Newspaper/Portal/Website from legal actions arising due to published advertisements.
Ads2Publish is not liable for any advertiser losses caused by errors or omissions in publications. Cancellation and alterations are accepted in writing with a minimum of 3 days' notice, following our cancellation policy.
All ads are accepted in good faith. Ads2Publish is not responsible for advertisers' integrity. No correspondence or interviews regarding advertisements published will be entertained.
Information received from users/advertisers is accepted in good faith. Advertisement content is believed to be accurate and compliant with Indian laws.
Advertisers indemnify Ads2Publish against claims resulting from their advertisements.
Ads2Publish reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Advertisers agree to process advertisements within 48 hours.
Ads2Publish reserves the right to decline, change, or reschedule any advertisement, even after acceptance.
Ads2Publish may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include violating laws or rights, infringing intellectual property, and offensive content.
Offensive, dangerous, or stolen goods, as well as inflammatory or obscene content, are prohibited.
Ads2Publish reserves the right to refuse service, remove listings, or advertisements without notice if a violation occurs.
Users are responsible for taxes and service costs.
Ads2Publish disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.
Ads2Publish makes no warranty about the service's performance or results.
Ads2Publish has the right to use user data for display purposes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Telangana.
Claims related to the service must be filed within 15 days.
Ads2Publish accepts ads on behalf of featured publications but is not responsible for their obligations.
Ads2Publish reserves the right to offer or not offer schemes, services, discounts, etc.
Ads2Publish can cancel content, and cancellation charges apply.

Ads2Publish is not bound by stop orders, cancellations, or alterations.
This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between parties.
