A. Ads2Publish is an officially authorized Eenadu advertising partner. We have been authorized by Eenadu since 2006, hold a current authorization letter from the newspaper, and have served more than 2.5 lakh customers over two decades.

Our booking system is directly connected to Eenadu's advertisement inventory, so you see official live rates, your ad goes straight to the newspaper for editorial approval and printing, and you receive an official invoice. There is no middleman involved.

A. Authorized advertising partners have always been part of how newspapers sell advertising. Eenadu receives a very large volume of enquiries, and partners like us give each advertiser the individual attention their booking needs.

Our team is trained in Eenadu ad booking and helps you choose the right category, edition, and schedule for your requirement, with free ad design and assistance included. Our online platform, built on two decades of experience, lets you book in a few minutes. We also bring Eenadu new advertisers: many people come to us unsure which newspaper to choose, and we recommend Eenadu wherever its reach suits their need.

A. We accept Eenadu ad booking at official rates, and there is nothing extra. The rates on our platform are fetched directly from Eenadu's advertisement inventory, so what you see is the newspaper's official tariff. We do not add a service charge or convenience fee.

Eenadu pays us a commission for every booking, and that covers our costs, including free ad design and assistance. On bulk and multi-city bookings, you may pay even less.

A. Yes. For Eenadu classifieds, you can use the 2+1 offer: book two ads and get the third free. For multi-city bookings, discounted packages give you 25% off the additional editions. For display ads, the discount depends on the ad size and number of insertions, and ranges from 15% to 70%.

As a high-volume Eenadu partner, we get specially negotiated rates and pass the savings on to you, including on small ads.

A. All Eenadu ads must be paid for in advance. You can pay online by UPI, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex), popular wallets, or internet banking, or offline by bank transfer or cash deposit into our bank account.

We charge nothing extra for any payment method and bear the payment gateway charges ourselves.

A. Yes. As soon as your payment is complete, our system emails you the booking confirmation along with a GST invoice. The invoice shows your GSTIN, the HSN/SAC code, and the full tax breakdown, so you can claim GST input credit.

A. No. You can view Eenadu ad rates, compose your ad, and check the cost without signing up or logging in. We ask for your details, such as mobile number, email, and address, only at the payment stage, so we can send your booking confirmation and invoice.

A. Yes. About 40% of our Eenadu bookings are done over WhatsApp. Message us on +91 81210 03003 and our team will ask a few simple questions, such as your ad category, ad type, and ad details. They will then draft the ad and share a booking summary and ad preview.

Once you approve, you receive a payment link and can pay by UPI or any other payment option. Your booking confirmation and GST invoice arrive by email and on WhatsApp. You don't even need to visit our website.

A. You make two choices: the category and the ad type. The category should match the subject of your ad, such as Matrimonial, Property, Recruitment, or Business, because an ad placed under the wrong category may be rejected by the newspaper.

The ad type depends on your content and purpose: Classified Text is a simple text ad and the most economical option, Classified Display appears in the classified pages with a border, logo, or image for more visibility, and a Display Ad is a larger ad on the main pages, suited to branding and announcements.

The lowest-cost option is not always the right one, since some ads get a better response in a particular type. If you are unsure, contact our ad specialists before you start booking and they will guide you to the right option.

A. Sunday has the highest readership for classifieds, so most categories get their best response that day. A few categories have their own best days: Property ads do best on Saturday, when the property feature is published, and Recruitment ads on Tuesday and Friday, the recruitment feature days. Business ads work best from Friday to Sunday, to reach weekend buyers.

Obituary, Name Change, Lost and Found, and Public Notice ads can be published on any day. When you book, the calendar highlights the suggested days and focus days for your category, so you can choose with confidence.

A. Eenadu's official booking deadline is two days before the publishing date. With Ads2Publish, you get extra time: we have special permission to accept bookings until 6:00 PM on the day before publication.

A. Most Eenadu ads need no documents. A few categories do, uploaded during booking. Name Change ads need a notarized affidavit not older than 6 months. Obituary ads need a death certificate, a cremation or burial slip, or a hospital or doctor's letter. Lost and Found ads need a police FIR copy or a complaint letter signed and stamped by the police station.

Disowning notices need identity proof of the advertiser, and missing person notices may need a police complaint or FIR copy. Investment or guaranteed-return ads need a Company Registration Certificate and ID proof of the advertiser. Overseas Recruitment ads need documents that vary by case, such as a recruiting agency licence, the company's licence if it is recruiting directly, an undertaking letter, or a letter from the embassy.

The details in your ad must match the documents exactly.

A. Yes. The Eenadu ad composer page offers sample ads for every ad type and category, chosen from ads that have drawn a good response. Copy a sample and replace the details with your own.

You can also use our AI Suggestion feature: enter your ad details and it suggests ready-to-use drafts. If you need further help, our team is always available to assist.

A. Yes to both. Eenadu accepts ads in Telugu and English. If you want your ad in Telugu but can't write it, type it in English on the ad composer page and click the Translate button below the ad editor. Your content is translated instantly, and you can fine-tune it yourself or ask our support team for help.

A. Choose Classified Display or Display Ad as your ad type. Both are charged per square centimetre and allow images and logos, while Classified Text ads are text only, with enhancements such as bold text, colour, or a border to help them stand out.

Upload your image or logo while composing the ad, or share it with our team on WhatsApp and we will design the ad for you free of charge.

A. Yes. As you type your content on the ad composer page, a live preview shows your ad in the same width, font, and font size in which it will be printed in Eenadu.

A. Yes, in almost all cases. The exceptions are when Eenadu's editorial team objects to something in the ad content, or when a category requires documents and they are not submitted on time.

If your ad cannot be published on the selected date, we will inform you of the reason right away and move it to the next available date. If you prefer to cancel, we will refund the amount as per our Refund Policy within 7 to 10 working days.

A. Your user dashboard shows the status of your ad at each stage: Booked, Processed, and Published. If your ad needs attention, such as a missing document, it shows as Pending.

On the publishing date, you can see your ad in the printed newspaper or on the Eenadu e-paper website, and our team will email you a soft copy of the page carrying your ad, with the page number and section.

A. Yes, as long as your ad has not yet been sent to or processed by Eenadu. Reply to your booking confirmation email with the changes as early as possible.

Changes that affect the size, edition, or date of the ad may change the price. If they do, our team will inform you, and your revised ad is scheduled once you pay the balance. After the ad has been processed by the newspaper, changes are no longer possible.

A. Yes, as long as your ad has not yet been sent to or processed by the newspaper. Email customercare@ads2publish.com with your booking reference as early as possible.

A 15% cancellation charge applies, and the balance is refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Once the ad has been processed by the newspaper or published, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. For full details, see our Refund Policy page.
