I state that the said Original Degree Certificate was found missing on 22/6/2025 at my residence and is not traceable. Accordingly Missing Report was registered at Old Goa Police Station in respect of the missing Original Degree Certificate vide registration No 686/2025 dated 17/7/2025 and a certificate was obtained for the same. I state that till date the said Original Degree Certificate has not been found and is still missing.
