Ad Content: I, P L Srikanth, son of Subrahmanya Sastry Popuri, bearing Aadhar Card No 486497492757, residing at T2, AWHO Colony, Harbans Vihar, Kadamba Bypass, Chimbel Tiswadi, North Goa do hereby solemnly affirm as under: I state that I was issued BE Computer Science and Engineering Degree Certificate by Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University for BE(CSE) passing year May/June 2003 with Seat No ED 30789, Eligibility No FE/99/332/138 and College Code 332. I state that the said Original Degree Certificate was found missing on 22/6/2025 at my residence and is not traceable. Accordingly Missing Report was registered at Old Goa Police Station in respect of the missing Original Degree Certificate vide registration No 686/2025 dated 17/7/2025 and a certificate was obtained for the same. I state that till date the said Original Degree Certificate has not been found and is still missing. Hence, I intend to apply for a Duplicate Copy of the Degree Certificate from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University.

In case any person claims, possession of the original of the same document or claim any mortgage, charge, lien, or other rights in his/her/their favour or have any claims, court order, prior transaction, attachment, whatsoever, regarding the same document or the said plot is required to intimate in writing about the same to the undersigned within (10) TEN days of this notice failing which it will be presumed that the claim of Mr. Baiju Rajan, regarding loss of the original of the said document is true and correct and the same fact shall stand confirmed and certified.
