Ad Content: I, P L Srikanth, son of Subrahmanya Sastry Popuri, bearing Aadhar Card No 486497492757, residing at T2, AWHO Colony, Harbans Vihar, Kadamba Bypass, Chimbel Tiswadi, North Goa do hereby solemnly affirm as under: I state that I was issued BE Computer Science and Engineering Degree Certificate by Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University for BE(CSE) passing year May/June 2003 with Seat No ED 30789, Eligibility No FE/99/332/138 and College Code 332. I state that the said Original Degree Certificate was found missing on 22/6/2025 at my residence and is not traceable. Accordingly Missing Report was registered at Old Goa Police Station in respect of the missing Original Degree Certificate vide registration No 686/2025 dated 17/7/2025 and a certificate was obtained for the same. I state that till date the said Original Degree Certificate has not been found and is still missing. Hence, I intend to apply for a Duplicate Copy of the Degree Certificate from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University.
